1. Eye Exam Services
Eye examination fees are generally non-refundable once the service has been rendered. If you believe there has been a billing error or you were charged incorrectly, please contact us within 30 days of the service date at hello@theneighborhoodeyedoctor.com and we will review your account promptly.
2. Eyewear (Frames & Lenses)
For online eyewear purchases (when our optical store launches):
- Defective or incorrect items: If you receive a defective product or an item that does not match your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
- Prescription errors: If lenses are made incorrectly based on the prescription provided by a licensed eyecare provider, we will remake the lenses at no charge if reported within 30 days of delivery.
- Change of mind / non-defective returns: We offer store credit for non-prescription frames returned within 14 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact. Custom or prescription eyewear cannot be returned unless defective.
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund or exchange, contact us with the following information:

- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product if the item is defective or damaged
