SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy applies to all product orders placed through The Neighborhood Eye Doctor's online store ("we," "our," or "us"). Please read this policy carefully before completing a purchase.

Note: Our online optical store is currently in development. This policy will become fully applicable once the store launches.

1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of receipt and payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

For prescription eyewear, additional time is required to fabricate lenses to your exact prescription. Estimated fabrication time is 5–10 business days, depending on the lens type and prescription complexity.

3. Shipping Address

It is your responsibility to ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at hello@theneighborhoodeyedoctor.com and we will do our best to make a correction before the order ships.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.

5. Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet the estimated shipping timeframes, delays may occur due to high order volume, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control. We appreciate your patience and will communicate any significant delays to you promptly.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the situation as quickly as possible, including replacement or refund where applicable.

7. International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping. All orders must be shipped to a valid US address.

8. In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup for online orders is not currently available. All orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.
