All orders are carefully reviewed and prepared within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Estimated delivery within 7 to 14 business days after processing. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your purchase amount and delivery address. We proudly offer free shipping on orders over $100 within the United States.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package in real time.

5. International Shipping

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. Please check back for any changes to this or send us an email to confirm.

6. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist with a replacement or resolution. We may request photos of the packaging and product to help process your claim.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. We do not ship to PO boxes.

8. Changes and Cancellations

Orders may only be modified or canceled while they are still in the processing stage. Once an order has shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
